The UWLF is a Social-Mission Driven Organization (SMDO) that has created a diverse network of professionals and leaders, including educators, advocates, innovators, policymakers, and community members to ensure disadvantaged low-income students have an equal opportunity to learn, thrive, influence and lead.
United We
Lead Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our organization has
been part of the Fresno community for the past two years, working to deliver
high quality-data driven opportunities to low-income, first generation youth.
United We Lead Foundation prides itself on setting students up to succeed
despite their current circumstances.
As a social mission driven organization,
UWLF focuses on the greatest aspects of a student’s learning experience,
emphasizing the role of family and educators. As our non-profit has grown, we
have dedicated our time and resources to foster youth, migrant youth, and
low-income, rural students.
United We Lead Foundation is proudly founded, ran,
and organized by a group of Latinas who have identified social, educational,
and health gaps among the most disadvantaged groups in Fresno County. We
welcome you to join us on our journey to create more equitable spaces for all
students to succeed.
